A1 quattro: Audi unveils new hot limited edition

With the Audi A1 quattro sparks are about to fly in the subcompact class as the new limited edition stakes a claim to be the most powerful and fastest accelerating car of its kind ever created.

• The new ultra-exclusive A1 quattro is not only the first to enter production with quattro all-wheel-drive – it is also the first to adopt a larger capacity petrol engine ramping power up to 256PS.

• The A1 quattro is limited to just 333 examples worldwide (left hand drive only).

• The new A1 features a turbocharged and directly injected 2.0-litre four-cylinder petrol engine that can sprint from 0 to over 60mph in 5.7 seconds and has a 152mph top speed. Fuel economy potential is over 33mpg, according to the ‘combined cycle’ test.

The A1 quattro will combine its unprecedented design, performance and agility with a suitably rarefied luxury equipment list.
