M25 Audi has just installed a fantastic new system from Audi that will allow our customers to see live video and audio of the 'health checks' we do on your cars.

 

It has been warmly welcomed by the Audi drivers who've seen it so far, and we are excited about it too. No other brand has anything like it!

 

Health & Safety rules mean you can't ever get to see something like a vehicle health check in action – or what your money is being spent on. But with Audi Direct Reception, you will be able to see areas of the car you could only examine if you got down on your hands and knees.

 

Our service advisers will be able to show you what's actually wrong with your car – for instance, that a tyre is bald on the inside edge or an alloy wheel's been damaged by hitting a kerb.

 

"It's a great concept," says Watford Audi service manager Carl Thompson. "Whenever we do a visual healthcheck on a car, it will be filmed by a technician wearing a head cam, and the customer sits at a PC while the technician and the service adviser talk him or her through it.

 

"It means we can be a lot more open and transparent with customers. The system is now live at our Watford Audi and Hatfield Audi, Whetstone Audi and Finchley Road Audi centres.
