Over £1,000 raised as M25 Audi wear it pink for breast cancer
Last Friday at M25 Audi, we raised over £1,000′s for Breast Cancer as part of Wear it Pink Day.
Our staff came into work for the day sporting something pink. They dug deep – donating, baking cakes and organising raffles – as they found as many different ways of fundraising as possible.
Our customers were also very supportive, making donations to the charity on the day which was greatly appreciated.
We raised over £500 which our Managing Director Darren Guiver has agreed to match which means that in total we raised over £1,000 for Breast Cancer, which is absolutely fantastic.
It’s great that we can really make a difference by fundraising for such a fantastic cause.
Breast cancer is the most common form of cancer and one woman in nine will be affected by it during her lifetime in the United Kingdom. The money raised from wear it pink, will help continue researching the cure for breast cancer.
