Sam does it again!
Our favourite golfer, Sam Little, has gone and done it again by winning the Roma Golf Open.
M25 Audi sponsored Sam completed a stunning hat-trick of European Challenge Tour victories in the space of just four tournaments with a sudden-death play-off victory at the Roma Golf Open.
Sam’s success, his third in five weeks sees him rise to Number One on the Challenge Tour Rankings with just one event, the Apulia San Domenico Grand Final left to play on the 2011 Schedule.
“I’m obviously delighted.” smiled Sam. “Before I won in Russia I wasn’t even in a position to go to the Grand Final, so to be going there as the Number One with three wins in the space of four events is incredible really. I am very happy and very proud of myself.”
As he has now won three times this season, Sam now has the option of joining The European Tour straight away but he has decided to stay focused on the Challenge Tour until after the Grand Final, where he hopes to end the season as Number One.
We certainly hope he does as well… Come on Sam!!!!
