If you are a member of our accident management scheme, there are just three things you need to do if you have an accident – don’t admit liability, don’t call your insurance company and ring our special free accident management hotline instead. We will do everything possible to minimise the inconvenience caused including providing you with an accident repair co-ordinator who will look after your repair from the initial estimate through to completion.
Protect the resale value of your vehicle
No matter what your insurance company instructions are, legally you have the right to choose who carries out the repair to your Audi. It is worth noting that it may invalidate your warranty if your car is not repaired by a manufacturer approved engineer. So call our Audi Approved bodyshops first for expert advice.
If your accident is not your fault we can supply you with a like for like courtesy car for the whole duration of your repair at no cost, if your car is a few years old then the supplied courtesy car will be the latest model, please call in every instance to see if you qualify for this fantastic service.
