The Audi Q3 Tours China
The Audi Q3 Trans China Tour 2011 is a brief insight into the world's most populous nation and shows what Audi calls its "second domestic market." The brand with the four rings has been a huge success in the premium cars sector here for years.
The tour has 160 participants driving through the Middle Empire in 16 stages. In four groups, they will cover 5,700 kilometers (3,540 miles). The route starts in Beijing and runs south, with scheduled stops in Shanghai, Shenzhen and Guilin before finishing in Hong Kong.
The participants in the Audi Q3 Trans China Tour 2011 will get to know the bounty and contrasts, the vibrancy and serenity of China. They will experience everything China has to offer from the big cities to the traverse rural areas with bamboo forests and rice paddies.
The new Audi Q3 will play a vital role in the tour. As of 2012, it will be produced locally in Changchun. Expectations of the Q3 are high: In the last few years alone, the SUV market has grown far faster than ever predicted. That means the Q3 is ideally positioned, especially for younger, private buyers who admire design and quality. Throughout the tour, the Audi Q3's compatibility with China's roads will be put to the test, from the fancy boulevards of its metropolises to the rugged countryside.
